Me and Miss Sophie on the beach last weekend. It’s still a bit cold here, but we’re embracing the grey. There is just something about the Ocean, no matter the season, that is so inspiring! What’s inspiring you today?
i love this photo! i want those shoes! Miss Sophie is soo cute. dogs love the beach. mine won’t go anywhere near the water and pees on every clump of seaweed. she is a beach girl, too.
today, honestly, i am inspired by me. sounds weird, but there are days when i forget to take steps to follow my dreams and days when i won’t let anything get in my way. past week or so, i’ve been pushing forward and making things happen, so i’m feeling very inspired all around these days.
of course, the real reason that i am inspiring myself (i know, i am so weird) is truly because of all my talented artist friends (including you) that take beautiful photos, surround themselves with beautiful things and live for a love of their craft.
every single day i am inspired by my friends on twitter and etsy. there is endless support and inspiration and that inspiration inspires me to push myself and be the best i can be.

I’m looking out at the grey skies here & kind of missing the Oregon coast… That beach makes such beautiful pictures (I am really loving your shoes in this pic as well!) I guess Facebook is inspiring me today… it brought me back to this blog Have a great day!

I prefer beaches on grey days with big thick sweaters and cold toes! Glad you’re enjoying it!
___________________________ I think that might describe every beach day here in Oregon, Liza! Oh, and the ONE thing not cold on my body that day was my feet. Turns out, my feet tend to overheat in those shoes (total understatement!) so they were pretty toasty on the beach. Who knew? They’re officially my go-to beach shoes now. ~W
