Hi All! Happy June. It’s been a little while since I’ve done an installment of The Best of Etsy—but I’ve been thinking about you a lot! And I have a few amazing finds I can’t wait to share.

The  Best of Etsy: The Come to Tea List

I’m completely enchanted with Birdie Handmade. Gorgeous dresses for women and little girls. There is such whimsy and attention to detail. It’s a feast for your soul. Go look!

Molly Hatch! Wow. Ordinarily, I wouldn’t feature an artist who is basically sold out. But her work is simply divine and she is taking special orders. It’s worth your time to go stroll through her sold items and mark her shop for the future. Because, wow, oh wow, oh wow!

Janum is a new store on Etsy, but there is little doubt it’s going to be a HUGE success. The only down side I see is that these amazing dresses don’t come in MY size. And I really admire her photography work. Simply divine. (Note, this store is taking a break during July to prep for the fall/winter line. Last day to order is June 27th!)

One word: ENCHANTING! Go see it all at Louche Lab

And finally… a touch of vintage from The Soft Palate. (take a peek around this tiny store for other wonders!)

I’m loving the soft texture of this La Touchable bag. Gently embroidered with a stunning button close. It’s plum perfect, no?

I’m thinking of all the ways I could use this silk Clutch by Julia Sherry Designs. You might be here awhile, because I’m still counting. . .

This large hobo by Patkas is divine. The color, the texture, the size. . .  Perfect!

And who knows, maybe if you splurge on Mom she’ll let you borrow her new bag once in awhile? Just a thought!

Admit it, you missed me!

After a 5 month break, I’ve decided that I MISS The Best of Etsy. And with all the google/etsy/search problems happening right now, I decided it might help some of my favorite Etsy people to have their stores featured and LINKED! Yay for helping, right?

Anyhow, I’m excited to begin . . . again. But this time, I’m going to keep my lists short and sweet! Think of these posts as “bite sized”.  And instead of posting on a specific day, I’m going to post whenever the daffodils (that’s my new favorite faux swear word!) I want to post. Maybe even twice a week! So, what are we waiting for??? It’s THE BEST OF ETSY!

We’ll call this list “Midnight”. That works, right?

These gorgeous earrings by Voleur de  Bijoux are utterly  midnight. Evocative; can’t you just feel the cool air on your shoulder?

There is something about the texture and straight-forward use of this Topaz that really gets to me. It’s as still as the night air. I’m in love with Artisan Look.

This Chemise by Blonde Peacock takes on Midnight in a completely different way—it’s romantic and sultry and exactly the kind of thing you might want to wear at the dawning of a new day.
